The burned town sure is green these days, huh? Heimr is very proud of the efforts to get this cleaned up, son.
With everything cleared out of the way, it makes it very easy to find a space for placing the magic circle. This one is particularly large due to how much will be in here, so excuse Heimr while he draws this magic circle, it'll take a moment. Once the supplies are set in the middle, one of them a book oddly enough, Heimr will say a string of magic words and the archives pop to life.
This is yet another building that is "bigger on the inside" like the rec center. As Enciodes ascends the stairs leading up to the landing and swings open the double-doors, he'll be greeted with an enormous collection of books immediately. There's a counter in front with the usual set of check-out/check-in cards, and a familiar-looking apparition running the place, though she has no autonomy herself and won't be able to respond to conversation beyond "I want to check this book out, I want to return this book" et cetera.
After many many mazes of books and climbing two stories up, Enciodes will find himself on a sunlit landing with a door in the back. If he opens it, it leads him into a less naturally-lit area of the library containing historical records of everything mankind could have possibly left behind. Grace's medical texts and research; works from Pure Vanilla, Sesa, Gnosis, and Passenger in their past lives; writings from an "Edward Grenore" and an "Enya Silverash" and a "Rem Saverem"... it goes on and on.
