[Vash starts to protest but... stops short. The last time they'd really been around each other, the corruption had been mutual. There was only so much they had to worry about between the two of them. Now it's shifted, and Vash finds that he has to fear for what could happen.]

[Vash takes a few steps back, before he finally perks up.]
