PLAYER PLOT Attempting to hunt the muckbeast.

Character(s) involved: Elsword and 9S
Closed or Open? Open in case someone sees disaster, has no common sense, and joins in.
Content warnings: Violence...?
Details: After discovering the buried remains around the river and learning about the mud monster killing people, 9S and Elsword both happened to decide that creature's got to go. Time to try and avenge the fallen/prevebt future victims.

Elsword and 9S can see fit to lure the muckbeast out through trying to get past the vines and brambles barring you from the rest of the river. As they continue, they'll feel an ominous, weighted gaze dripping with disapproval before things go eerily silent. Once it's reached it's limit however - and that might be sooner than expected since last month Add froze some of the brambles and it's very upset about that still - the air stills, the fish vanish from the water and a casm seems to crackle forth, splitting their patch of the river in two as a mud-covered, almost bone-and-briar beast, a mockery of human anatomy, crawls forth with a shriek.

PLAYER PLOT

Character(s) involved: Sir Dippingsauce himself
Closed or Open? Open! Anyone can be affected if they like!
Content warnings: Unreality, nightmares, triggering content on a person-to-person basis.
Details: So, basically Dipper has dreamwalking abilities very reminiscent of a certain shitty dorito. I think it would be fun to have him lose control of his abilities and accidentally plunge the setting into a dreamscape for a limited amount of time.

This entails: People having the ability to create and play with character's dreamscapes, and giving people the ability to dream walk into other peoples dreams. There is a lot of fun to be had and each player can tailor their experience to be either fun or horrifying because Dreams babey.

I still haven't sorted out a catalyst that sets it off. Dipper will likely have to lose his pendant that helps stabilize his powers on top of having something ramp up his emotional disregulation to the point that everything spirals out of his control. He will also need to be rescued from the dream by being either "woken up" or killed to get it to stop.

Apologies for the delay! We love this idea. Our suggested date is July 15th to start! And we were thinking maybe a fish in the Lost River during the undersea base aspect of the month's event could knock the pendant away during an exploration. It would be recovered, of course!

AWESOME and no worries! I might poll the game again just to make sure this isn’t too intense after how crazy the start of the month was if thats okay. If everyone is still on bored i can get to work on a post mock up.

That super works re: him losing it in the lost river. Having that get retrieved could be a fun little quest for anyone who wants to stop the dream nonsense. Would I be right in assuming then that some eldritch vibes down there could then ramp his empathy up enough to make him lose control?
