A quest can be requested icly through talking to Ydalir or Heimr- though for a from-home item Ydalir is the go-to merchant- and essentially gives the character a task to fulfil in exchnage for their regain. The thread where the task is assigned and the thread of fulfilling the task with another character must both be linked in the bonus AC shop to finalize everything, like so.
