A School: With an unfinished observatory. I would like the observatory to look similar to this 1 and 2.

The front of the school looks Japanese in style. With a single Sakura tree at its front.

I don't know enough about the lore in Stixs yet but here is some background fodder, feel free to adjust/adjudicate/etc to it.

Why a School It's where everything in the game takes place, and is an essential part to Sakura - thus by proxy. BB's story. The observatory is an addition to what I think would have happened with Sakura as she lived within Stix's story.

About the School: Created by a charity group/w.e called SE.RA.PH, the group consisted of Japanese people who built this school here for whatever Mod reason you want. Just that, the Matou Family, came to move here some time ago. Sakura grew up in Stixs and wanted to provide more for everyone around her. She worked as a school nurse and studied relentlessly to one day be able to reach the stars. She wanted an observatory, and although had begun to help get it made. There is no telescope - just a place for it.

A lingering feeling of regret as a dream never came to fruition.

I imagine the whole place is run down and kind of messy.
